Resident Meal Plans

All students who live in the residence halls participate in the university meal plan. Students are provided with several options for the number of meals they can eat each week at Randall Dining Commons. Changes can be made to meal plans during the first three weeks of each semester by emailing or from your Chapman University email address or simply visit either office to submit your request. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your request.

Panther Bucks may be used at all retail restaurant locations and at Randall Dining Commons.

All Meal Plans

Unlike cash and credit purchases, all meal plans are tax exempt. Meal Plans are non-refundable.

Meal Cards

When you select a campus meal plan, the information will be stored on your student ID card. Please present your card when entering Randall Dining Commons or when paying at any campus retail restaurant.

Lost or Stolen Meal Cards

Lost or stolen meal cards can be replaced. Should this happen to you, please visit the Bhathal Student Business Services Center as soon as possible. Fees apply.

Seconds Policy

We are proud to offer an all-you care to-eat format at Randall Dining Commons. Our generous policy allows for a second helping of many menu favorites. All you have to do is ask!

Policies & Procedures

We strive to provide a pleasant, wholesome, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

  • Please have your Chapman ID available for our cashiers.
  • Please bus your dishes and disposables from your table when you have finished eating
  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from Randall Dining Center.
  • Remember that Resident Meal plans are non-transferable.  Resident students may use their Panther Bucks to purchase meals at Randall Dining Center for their friends and family.
  • Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.
